Paradise Prime Construction was founded in 2020 by Ken Harris Mutombo to leverage his years of building experience in London, England. Born and raised in London Ken wanted to continue the Family’s legacy of 40 plus years of building and developing. The Company’s focus has primarily been multi-family homes and developments throughout The Bahamas.

Our Story
Paradise Prime Construction, is managed by co-founders Ken H Mutombo and Kourtni Ferguson, who have over two decades of combined industry experience. Under their management, the company has built and designed homes for upscale clients in the most exclusive neighborhoods of The Bahamas.
